Victoriam Mining Services is an Austin, Texas-based mining equipment and consulting firm with a global outlook. Headquartered in Texas but serving projects in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, we bridge global innovation with local expertise to deliver reliable, high‑performance equipment and supplies. Our team combines deep technical knowledge of critical minerals supply chains, energy infrastructure, and heavy civil construction with decades of leadership in public‑sector budgeting and private‑sector operations.
Our team brings over 22 years of experience spanning mining supply, government finance, and international business development. We have strong and strategic leadership for production, procurement, materials management, and customer engagement, developing long‑term strategies aligned with critical minerals demand and energy‑infrastructure trends.
In addition, our team achieved success in roads/highway construction and infrastructure operations, and managed complex mining and energy development across Africa.

Projects & Experience

Chrome Mining – East Africa

Conducted geological surveys and delineated chrome ore deposits using geophysical methods. We prepared a mine development plan, advised on infrastructure (power, water, roads), completed environmental impact assessments, and supported procurement. The mine achieved its intended goals. The project was delivered on schedule and within budget.

Bauxite Mining – Guinea

Led exploration and feasibility studies for a greenfield bauxite mine in Guinea’s Boké region, including remote‑sensing, drilling, metallurgical testing and resource estimation. Our preliminary economic assessment supported major investment decisions, leading to construction commencement in 2023.

Reopening of a Gold Mine – Tanzania

Assessed a dormant gold mine’s infrastructure, designed a rehabilitation program, and supervised upgrades to processing and tailings management. The mine returned to production within nine months; recovery rates improved by 10 %, and the project finished 5 % under budget.

30 MW Solar Power Plant – Angola Acted as owner’s representative for the design and construction of a 30 MW solar photovoltaic plant. We handled site selection, resource assessment, EPC management and grid integration. Commissioned in late 2022, the plant provides renewable electricity to the national grid and significantly reduces regional diesel consumption.
